Associate Attorney

We seek a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our General Liability group. This position offers an exciting opportunity to defend businesses and individuals in a wide range of legal matters, from premises liability to product liability and all types of torts.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Perform legal research and provide case law analysis
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients
• Active member of the Florida Bar
