Promotional Event Assistant (Entry Level) Kansas City, MO (On-site / Face-to-Face) Full-Time Rally Strategies is hiring an entry-level Promotional Event Assistant to support live promotional campaigns across Kansas City. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll assist with in-person events while helping drive sales conversations and brand engagement. This position offers hands‑on experience in event marketing, customer interaction, and direct sales. As you grow your skills and performance, you’ll have opportunities to take on larger campaign responsibilities and progress into sales, event coordination, or leadership roles.
