Our organization is seeking a dedicated, board-certified or board-eligible Advanced Cardiac Imager who is passionate about full-spectrum imaging to join our comprehensive structural heart program. Become a vital part of our skilled Heart Team, committed to excellence in structural heart imaging within our high-quality, multidisciplinary center.

Position Highlights:

• Emphasis on structural heart and interventional transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), including both intra-procedural and pre-procedure assessments.
• Flexible weekly schedule may consist of:
  • TEE for 2 days per week
  • Clinic duties for 2 days per week
  • Additional days for CT, MRI, and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) readings as needed (1-2 days per week)
• Opportunities for interpreting structural heart CT scans.
• Potential for cardiac MRI interpretation.
• Engagement in a multidisciplinary Valve Clinic/Conference.
• Our structural heart program provides all commercially available transcatheter therapies for aortic, mitral, and tricuspid conditions (including TAVR, M-TEER, TMVR, T-TEER, TTVR). We are recognized as the most comprehensive and established structural heart program in the state and region, being the first to offer all structural heart therapies.
• Involvement in numerous major clinical trials focused on structural heart and interventional heart failure, with potential for future leadership roles.
• Our team includes 41 cardiologists, 62 advanced practice providers, 3 cardiothoracic surgeons, and 3 vascular surgeons, with ongoing growth.
• A busy advanced heart failure program that offers various forms of mechanical circulatory support (MCS), including Impella, ECMO, and LVAD therapies.
• Dedicated support from 2 advanced practice providers and 3 nursing staff for the Structural Heart service line.
• A mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• On-call duties: Yes, unrestricted.
• Smart Technology: Enhance patient care without extending your workday. Our providers utilize Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to streamline documentation, lessen administrative tasks, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding, leading to a better work-life balance and increased revenue.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a fellowship in cardiology with a focus on advanced cardiac imaging, including structural heart imaging and interventional TEE.
• Board certification or eligibility in cardiology, echocardiography, and cardiac CT.
