Transdev in Orlando, FL, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respondtocustomerinquiriesandconcernswithtimely,accurateinformation,orredirect to a supervisor.
• Comprehensiveunderstandingofpoliciesandprocedures
• Meetorexceedestablishedperformancerequirements.
• Documenttripauthorizationsanddetails,includingtransportationtype,pickuptimes,appointmenttime,s and addresses.
• Otherdutiesasrequired.

Qualifications:

• HighSchoolDiploma,GED,orequivalent.
• Computerliterate
• Excellentcustomerserviceskills.
• Abilitytooperate a standardtelephonesystem.
• Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.
• SubjecttoaDOTdrugtestingandphysical,ifapplicable.DOTRegulation49CFRPart40doesnot authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
