Location : Fully onsite in either Wakefield, MA or Nashua, NH Reports to : Recruiting Manager We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our recruiting team and own full cycle searches across Nova Ventures Group’s global portfolio of technology and instrumentation businesses. About Nova and the Role Nova Ventures Group brings together a global portfolio of businesses in test, measurement, sensing, scientific instrumentation, and industrial technology. Our companies develop specialized products that support research, engineering, and manufacturing. Recruiting across Nova means connecting these businesses with the people who build, sell, and support their products. We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting across our portfolio. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, you will partner directly with hiring managers to fill positions across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, accounting, and corporate functions. You will manage searches from the initial intake conversation through sourcing, interviews, offer acceptance, and onboarding coordination, supporting hiring in the United States and internationally. This opportunity is suited to a resourceful recruiter who enjoys proactive sourcing, builds strong relationships, and can manage multiple searches independently. LinkedIn Recruiter will be a primary sourcing tool, and international recruiting experience is strongly preferred, particularly within the United Kingdom, Europe, and Canada. This position is fully onsite in Nashua, NH. Working initially from our Wakefield, MA office may be an option; however, candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Nashua on an ongoing basis. Key Responsibilities Own full cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from intake and search planning through candidate selection, offer negotiation, acceptance, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, compensation parameters, interview plans, and hiring timelines. Develop clear job descriptions that reflect each business and opportunity. Use LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to build targeted searches, apply Boolean search techniques, organize projects and talent pipelines, and engage candidates through personalized outreach and consistent follow up. Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and relevant job boards. Adjust sourcing strategies based on candidate response and hiring manager feedback. Conduct candidate screens to assess relevant experience, qualifications, interest, compensation expectations, and availability. Present concise candidate summaries and thoughtful recommendations to hiring managers. Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates and interviewers, gather timely feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process. Manage searches independently, prioritize competing needs, and proactively address delays or sourcing challenges while keeping the Recruiting Manager and hiring managers informed. Prepare offer letters and employment documentation in partnership with the Recruiting Manager and HR, communicate approved offers, and coordinate a smooth transition into onboarding. Maintain accurate candidate records, search trackers, and recruiting updates. Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established recruiting and hiring practices. Required Experience and Skills 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success managing searches from intake through offer acceptance. Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including targeted candidate searches, Boolean search, project management, and direct outreach. Experience recruiting for a range of technical and business positions, with the ability to learn unfamiliar roles, products, and industries. Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities with consistent follow through and attention to detail. Strong candidate assessment, written communication, and relationship building skills, with the confidence to partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to maintain organized recruiting records and reports. Ability to work fully onsite in Wakefield, MA or Nashua, NH. Preferred Experience International recruiting experience is strongly preferred, particularly supporting searches in the United Kingdom, continental Europe, and Canada, including coordinating across time zones and adapting to local hiring practices. Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, scientific instrumentation, test and measurement, or related industrial technology businesses.
