Responsibilities As a Land Surveyor – Survey Technician, perform boundary, easement, deed and title review. Perform boundary surveys independently or with mentorship. Professional Land Surveying License in the State of Missouri. High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred). Proficient in operating Trimble survey equipment. Ability to read and comprehend engineering plans and construction documents, correspondence, and memos. Valid driver’s license with an insurance-approved driving record.
