Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Regulatory Investigations, Strategy & Enforcement Associate in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience with State Attorneys General, handling civil investigative demands, multistate investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters. This role involves significant client interaction and strategic business development within a collaborative practice. Duties Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations. Advise clients on regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation. Negotiate resolutions and maintain relationships with State AG offices. Engage in strategic business development for the practice group. Requirements 3 to 6 years of experience with State Attorneys General. Experience in a State Attorney General's office preferred. Strong writing skills and a publication record or aptitude for thought leadership. Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant state. Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage complex investigations and enforcement matters.
