Title/Accounting Clerk - McCarthy CDJR

McCarthy CDJR- Lee's Summit is looking for an Title/Accounting Clerk. We are looking for individuals who want to start or grow their career in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate would enjoy working in a fast paced environment, is very detail oriented and enjoys interacting with employees and customers on a daily basis. Responsibilities: Receive all car deals, new and pre-owned sales File liens with the state in timely manner License and register all leases Register out of state vehicles to assure liens are filed correctly Stocking in used vehicles, make payments to transport companies Follow up for missing documentation from customers and lien releases from banks on paid loans. Scanning and administrative duties Assist with other office functions Qualifications: Experience using a dealership management system (Reynolds experience preferred) Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team McCarthy Employment Perks: Closed on Sundays!
