As our next Inside Sales Rep, you'll be the first voice a prospect hears and the reason they become a long-term client.What You'll OwnResearch, target, and open new client opportunities through disciplined outbound prospectingCraft compelling outreach via phone and email to engage decision-makersQualify prospects by uncovering real needs, shipping volumes, and budgetsKeep the CRM current and your pipeline cleanWho Wins HereYou've hit quota and then beaten it. You have 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally with 1+ year in logistics. You communicate with confidence, stay organized under pressure, and don't need handholding to stay motivated.
