We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across North America. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events and trade shows, creating compelling content, and implementing strategic initiatives that promote Blaser Swisslube's products, services, and solutions. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking to effectively deliver Blaser Swisslube’s brand message, generate new business opportunities, and foster long-term customer loyalty. Description The Marketing Communications Specialist are responsible for marketing campaigns, events and all activities that help to design and create ways to promote Blaser Swisslube products, services and solutions. This position focuses on delivering the Blaser Swisslube brand messages to North American markets to increase new sales and customer loyalty. Objective / purpose of the function The Marketing Communications Specialist will develop and accompany Co-branded initiatives together with Business Partners and Industrial Partners Strong presentation skills, effective communication with external sales teams, and experience in planning and executing events Strengthen marketing activities and promote brand awareness Maintain brand positioning through all communications and media channels Prepare written marketing plans and budgets with measurable goals and deadlines Measure and report on program success and strive for continuous improvement Provide support to Business Partners, Customers, and outside sales team with any marketing related needs Ensure proper brand representation and execute marketing functions appropriately Support HQ in developing and managing global projects and activities Tasks, responsibilities, competences Coordinating with Marketing & Communications Team in Switzerland to support Blaser Swisslube US marketing, developing, and creating ways to promote Blaser Swisslube brand awareness Create products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, promotion, email blasts, advertising, for print media as well as on-line channels (together with Digital Communications) Coordinating, planning, and executing trade shows under the Blaser banner, i.e. International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMT) and,Precision Machining Technology Show (PMTS) Be a partner to management and teams to ensure all communications internally and externally are proper executed Supporting outside sales team with promo apparel and distribution needs Supports Blaser Swisslube Inc Business Partners by assisting with meetings, open houses, or other events Implements marketing and advertising campaigns Manages promotional materials portfolio & inventory. Perform physical tasks including unloading boxes and movement of inventory Supports implementation of marketing strategy for social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) together with Digital Communications group Proposes and monitors Marketing budgets, responsible to purchase items pertinent Provide event updates for the global website. Work with digital communications group on social media and intranet. Utilizing Graphic Design Programs What We Offer Competitive salary range of $85,000-$95,000 Compensation The salary range provided for this position represents our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, skills, and qualification. Individual compensation may vary within the posted range based on these considerations.
