Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk by following site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies for a technology and media location. Monitor access to the location by checking identification, verifying appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with site protocols. Answer phones, greet guests, and direct individuals to the appropriate contact, department, and/or meeting area while maintaining awareness of unusual activity at the lobby or reception area. Respond to incidents, concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Complete required logs, reports, and other front desk documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry activity and reporting suspicious behavior promptly. Minimum Requirements Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience. Be able to type at least 40 words per minute. Be at least 21 years of age. CPR certification is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
