Mold Operator

Position Title: Mold Operator Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 10:54pm-7:00am QPS Employment Group is hiring a Mold Operator for a company in Germantown, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 3rd shift. Mold Operator Responsibilities Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules Load and unload parts from molds and machines Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to ensure product quality Identify and report defects, machine issues, or material concerns to the supervisor Complete required production and quality documentation accurately Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as trained Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies Assist with material handling and packaging of finished products as needed Mold Operator Requirements Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred (training provided) Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read work instructions and follow quality standards Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 15-30 pounds as needed Frequent standing, bending, and reaching Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machines and noise QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
