Are you a hands-on maintenance technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment and keeping production running? We're looking for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team and play a key role in supporting a busy manufacturing operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems while working with a wide variety of equipment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Work on extrusion lines, mixers, conveyors, molding equipment, presses, and plant utilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Partner with operations and production teams to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
• Participate in reliability improvements and continuous improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical and/or electrical)
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, motors, drives, or PLCs is a plus
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Work Environment

This is a 2nd shift position (approximately 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) in a manufacturing facility. The environment is industrial, fast-paced, and focused on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Chardon, OH.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $58406.40 - $70886.40/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
