This opportunity offers flexible scheduling in a well-supported, high-functioning emergency department with strong physician and advanced practice provider collaboration At Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville, you ll be part of Community Health Systems, a national network of regional hospitals with a shared mission to deliver high-quality care where it s needed most close to home. Emergency Department Highlights

• Annual Emergency Department volume of approximately 10,000 visits
• Admission rate under 10%
• Average patient volume: 2 patients per hour
• Physician coverage: 12 hours daily (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
• Advanced Practice Provider coverage: 12 hours daily (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Cerner EMR system
• 12 Emergency Department beds with 3 overflow beds
• Level IV Trauma Center
• On-site imaging and diagnostics including CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray
• Joint Commission accredited facility

• Supportive, community-based emergency department setting
• Strong clinical resources and efficient workflows
