Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare facility in Daly City, CA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support their growing pharmacy team. This contract opportunity involves full-time hours with multiple shift start times available, offering flexibility to fit various schedules.

Location: Daly City, CA
Type: Contract
Schedule:

8.5 hour shifts with 30-minute lunch break
Shift start times at 6:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
Handle prescription orders, including processing and verification of patient information
Support pharmacy operations while adhering to safety and compliance regulations
Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to maintain inventory and manage IV preparations

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably with some exposure to IV preparation and protocols
Familiarity with prescription processing and pharmacy workflow
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Willingness to participate in on-the-job training to further develop technical skills
