Competitive Starting Pay - $19.00/HR Stable Full-Time Employment Rotating Schedule for Work-Life Balance Hands-On Manufacturing Environment Growth & Development Opportunities Job Overview As a Production Operator , you will play a key role in operating and maintaining non-woven production lines while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. This position involves working with converting, slitting, and packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and operate production equipment using computerized systems Inspect and grade finished products to ensure quality standards Troubleshoot equipment and production processes Perform minor mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance Conduct safety inspections and housekeeping activities Assist with startup and shutdown of production lines Operate industrial equipment such as: Forklifts (Hysters) Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) Tuggers Maintain accurate production and inventory records Support and train new team members Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout processes Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Required Manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or related experience preferred Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts Strong attention to safety and quality Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus Don't miss this opportunity to join a leading manufacturing team and start earning $19.00 per hour !
