Project Coordinator - CPAN Grant

The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary resource for tasks related to maintaining document control and tracking of multi-department project activities within project timelines. This job is an integral member of the team and will be responsible for organizing and controlling activities under the direction of the Executive Director and/or Program Manager.

Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:

1. Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
2. Works with the project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
3. Monitors and modifies project schedule as assigned.
4. Maintains document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.
5. Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
6. Schedules project follow up meetings as needed.
7. Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders.
8. Develops and reviews project statuses and reports.
9. Provides referral and community resource information.
10. Maintain a database of geographical areas being served by projects, community partners, and multimedia tools for projects.
11. Organize and manage contracts related to project activities and follow up with enrolled clients.
12. Develop materials to promote projects internally and externally.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Public Relations.
• 2 plus years of experience in project tracking and multi-department project activities.
• 1 plus year of experience using Microsoft Professional Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention but may be obtained subsequent to hiring.
• Current JPS recognized Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification and must be maintained throughout employment. May be obtained subsequent to hiring.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 plus year of experience in behavioral health experience or community involvement.
• 1 plus year of experience creating and maintaining databases and reports for state funding.
