Sodexo Live! at the University of Missouri provides premium food service, hospitality, and event management across campus venues, supporting both daily dining operations and large-scale athletic and special events. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. What you’ll bring Hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, with large-scale venue or stadium exposure a strong plus. Proven leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and motivate diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a talent for handling challenges quickly and professionally. Solid knowledge of food safety and health regulations to ensure compliance and top-quality service delivery. Flexibility to thrive in an event-driven schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
