We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Associate Director, Engagement Strategy to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of impactful media campaigns that connect with audiences across channels and help make a difference in people's lives.

The Opportunity: What You'll Do

As our Associate Director, Engagement Strategy, you will serve as a strategic leader, client partner, and mentor to a talented team of planners.

Be the Architect of Omnichannel Engagement: Lead the development of cross-channel media strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of how different channels work together to create a seamless and engaging brand experience.

Guide Strategic Planning & Execution: Oversee the Engagement Planning team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the development and execution of tactical plans that align with overarching brand goals and business objectives.

Champion Client Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key client contacts, establish yourself as a trusted strategic advisor, and ensure client needs are consistently understood and exceeded.

Drive Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of the curve in the evolving media landscape by identifying and implementing innovative approaches, best practices, and emerging technologies to maximize campaign impact.

Foster a Culture of Excellence: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented planners while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.

Who You Are

You are a strategic and collaborative media leader who can connect big-picture business objectives to thoughtful, effective media strategies. You build trusted client relationships, develop talent, and bring a forward-thinking approach to the constantly evolving healthcare media landscape.

Your Qualifications

Strategic Media Experience: 7+ years of media planning experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or people-leadership role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-channel media strategies.

Leadership & Mentorship: A demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and empower team members while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Client-Focused Approach: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and present strategic recommendations effectively.

Industry Expertise: Extensive understanding of pharmaceutical and patient markets, with deep knowledge of online and offline media channels, including traditional media, SEM, programmatic, paid social, SEO, and emerging platforms.

Passion for Healthcare: A genuine interest in healthcare marketing and a desire to create meaningful work that positively impacts patients and healthcare audiences.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
