These at-will part-time positions are the day-to-day support staff for the Zions Bank Training Center. Qualified candidates will be assisting with operational support of the facility while providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities Include:Greet and welcome guests to the Zions Bank Training Academy.Provide excellent customer service by registering patrons for programs, answering questions and complaints, verifying the fields schedules, and working with their manager to maintain the organization and safety of fields.Operate the cash register.Supervise the facility to ensure safety and compliance with Training Academy policies.Supervise, assist, and help train the front desk staff when needed.Open building at the beginning of public hour.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum 1-2 years retail sales and management experience.Must have the capability of handling cash POS operations daily and for special events.Must be able to pass a background check.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Must be able to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams' schedules.Must be able to work well with others.Preferred Qualifications:High school diplomaPhysical Demands and Work Environment:The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force in a wide disparity or environmental conditions.
