South Valley ENT is looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team across multiple clinic locations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping a busy medical office running smoothly.

The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily front desk operations, including employee scheduling and coverage, timecards and PTO, onboarding and training new employees, patient scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, phone and portal communications, and overall front desk workflow. This position will provide ongoing coaching and support to staff, monitor performance and accuracy, address patient concerns, and work closely with providers, HR, billing, and administration.

Pay: $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Medical front office experience required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
• AdvancedMD experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, train, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent patient service
• Dependable, professional, positive, and able to take initiative
• Ability to work and provide support across multiple clinic locations
