Territory Manager

Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives by developing new accounts and increasing business in existing accounts Build relationships with medical practices, treatment centers, and other healthcare providers Serve as a trusted, strategic partner focused on growth and long-term client relationships Manage a book of business with face-to-face travel within the region Partner with the clinical team and laboratory to ensure best-in-class support, quality, performance, and accountability Requirements BA or BS degree from a four-year, accredited university 2+ years with a demonstrated track record of continued, progressive sales success Healthcare experience required Strong cold calling and closing skills Prior experience in pain management preferred Uncompromising ethics and integrity CRM experience, preferably Salesforce Comfortable using a range of technology platforms while on the road Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office Ability to travel overnight within the territory and attend conferences and company meetings Ability to ensure HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance policies, procedures, and standards are always adhered to Ability to ensure administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls are always adhered to Core Competencies Demonstrates strong sales acumen with a proven track record in healthcare, focusing on client relationship management and compliance with HIPAA standards.
