Full-Time Labor & Delivery Registered NurseFull-Time Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse position located east of Gallup, NM. The role supports a trusted healthcare partner, providing comprehensive maternal and neonatal care. Ideal candidates are compassionate, skilled nurses with experience in labor and delivery.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout labor and delivery.Monitor maternal and fetal health, administer medications, and assist with pain management.Support physicians and midwives during deliveries and surgical procedures when needed.Educate patients and families on the birthing process and postnatal care.Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and clinical expertise.Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.Qualifications:Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
