We are hiring for Night Shift 7pm-7am.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio
- Long Term Care Experience preferred but not required.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient health and progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and state policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
