What you will enjoy doing:

• Coordinate repairs for all customer and branch welders and equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment to determine repair needs
• Perform minor repairs on welders and related equipment
• Arrange delivery and pickup of equipment from repair facilities
• Handle incoming calls and assist walk-in customers
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain welder repair inventory
• Manage billing and final adjustments for repaired equipment
• Process service warranty claims
• Research cylinder transactions for audits and recommend follow-up actions
• Process cylinder and rental adjustments as directed
• Bill customers for loss of use
• Issue credits and rebills for designated regions (DM North and DM Central)
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What makes you great:

• You have a High School diploma
• Electrical background - ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment, read and understand electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of welding preferred, but not required

Pay range: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
