Looking for a role that offers a three-day weekend every week?
Responsible for organizing, scanning, maintaining, and retrieving documents and records in accordance with established filing and recordkeeping procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Review documents to ensure information is complete, accurate, and consistent.
- Maintain electronic and physical records using established tracking systems.
- Create, update, and organize records as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and operation of standard office equipment.
- Collect documents and materials from various departments for processing and filing.
- Sort, classify, and organize information according to established guidelines, including alphabetical, numerical, chronological, or content-based systems.
- Retrieve records and information in response to authorized requests.
- Review incoming documents to determine proper classification, indexing, and storage.
- Store and maintain records in designated physical or electronic locations.
- Assign identification numbers, codes, or other indexing information to support record management and retrieval.
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures and report unsafe conditions or practices to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, records management, clerical, or office support experience preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Ability to read and interpret written procedures, policies, and instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
