Meaningful Impact: In a mission-driven and innovative organization Competitive Pay: $35/hour Schedule: Per Diem | Flexible Scheduling Great Benefits: Reflective of our deep appreciation for our employees Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You’ll Do Provide respiratory caretreatment using equipment like oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, airway support, CPR, and other clinically appropriate therapies Teach and support residents, families, and team members Monitor and document patient care intimately and accurately Communicate updates with care team, residents, and families to provide individualized support Comply with professional, ethical, and legal standards What You’ll Need Must be 21 years of age or older Associate's degree in respiratory therapy (required) Current and active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Therapy Technician (CRTT) with National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credentials in New Jersey (required) 2+ years of experience in long-term care or hospital setting (required) Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Benefits Available to Eligible Employees Flexible Scheduling Supportive team and streamlined orientation We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
