Position Server at Red Robin. Server Pay Rate: $18.42 + Tips. Responsibilities Take orders using handheld technology. Serve food and drinks in a timely, accurate manner. Deliver a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests. Provide exceptional customer service as part of the Front of House service team. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid 18+ status required for health insurance eligibility. Compensation Base pay: $18.42 per hour. Tips. Referral bonus for bringing new members to the team.
