Press OperatorLocation: Blue Ash, OH | Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) | Schedule: 32-hr base week (Mon–Thu) + Paid Friday Stipend | Type: Full-Time, HourlyPosition OverviewPrideStaff is hiring a Press Operator for a top rubber manufacturing facility in Blue Ash. You will operate hydraulic compression, transfer, or injection molding presses to produce precision rubber parts to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and run molding presses; load rubber stock, preforms, or inserts.Monitor cure times, temperature, and pressure; adjust within approved limits.Unload, trim, deflash, and stage finished parts.Perform visual and dimensional quality checks using calipers and gauges.Record accurate production, scrap, and lot traceability data.Maintain a clean, safe workspace following LOTO and 5S standards.QualificationsReliable attendance and ability to work 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.Experience operating molding presses or manufacturing machinery preferred (rubber/plastics a plus).Ability to read job travelers, use basic measuring tools, and lift up to 50 lbs.Comfort working near heated equipment in a physical, standing role.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
