Licensed Insurance Service Representative — Bryan Sparks Insurance Agency (Allstate)
Fort Worth, TX | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives

Our service representatives earn $50,000+ doing what they love — building relationships and taking care of clients. For those who bring a sales mindset and actively cross-sell and grow accounts, $55,000–$60,000 is well within reach — with performance tiers that reward you for doing more.

The Role

This is a service-first position for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in taking care of clients, and understands that great service and smart selling go hand in hand. You won't be cold calling strangers — you'll be building trust with existing clients, identifying gaps in their coverage, and making sure they feel protected and valued every time they interact with our agency.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients — handling questions, changes, and concerns with care and professionalism
• Build genuine, long-term relationships that drive loyalty and retention
• Identify coverage gaps and proactively present solutions through cross-selling and account rounding
• Leverage your Circles of Influence to generate referrals and organically grow your client base through trusted relationships
• Generate self-referred and referral-based new business through trusted client relationships
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed client records and activity logs in the agency system
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience

Who We're Looking For

• Warm, people-first personality with strong communication and listening skills
• Service-oriented professional who also has the confidence to recommend and close
• Comfortable having needs-based conversations that naturally lead to additional coverage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Previous insurance, banking, financial services, or customer-facing experience a plus
• Active Property & Casualty license required — candidates currently in the licensing process are welcome to apply
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
