Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect damaged heavy-duty trucks and buses to assess the extent of collision-related repairs

- Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software

- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians regarding repair scope and costs

- Coordinate with body shop staff to ensure timely and efficient repairs

- Review repair procedures and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- Document all repair estimates and maintain organized records for each vehicle

- Assist in parts ordering and tracking to facilitate smooth repair processes

- Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and insurance requirements

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a collision estimator, preferably in heavy-duty trucks, buses, or commercial vehicles

- Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, damage assessment, and repair procedures

- Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
