Data Visualization Specialist ( Part - Time) [Remote]

This role sits at the intersection of data, product strategy, and user impact within a globally distributed, mission-driven environment. The Data Visualization Specialist will transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide product evolution and commercial decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping dashboards and analytical tools that support leadership in understanding user behavior and product performance. Working closely with product stakeholders, you will help define metrics, track engagement trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. The role requires both technical depth and strong communication skills to translate data into meaningful narratives. It offers the opportunity to directly influence decisions that improve digital services used across multiple markets and contexts.

Accountabilities:

• Design and develop intuitive dashboards and data visualizations that communicate key performance metrics and trends clearly using tools such as Google Data Studio.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving inconsistencies or technical issues in datasets and reporting pipelines.
• Collaborate with product leadership to build executive-level dashboards that support roadmap planning and commercial strategy decisions.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to evaluate product performance across different regions, identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Conduct funnel and churn analysis to map user journeys, uncover friction points, and recommend improvements to increase engagement and retention.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, story-driven insights for leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to defining product metrics and establishing a consistent measurement framework across teams.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools such as Google Data Studio or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience debugging data issues and explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional, global teams.
• Familiarity with data warehouse environments such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in leveraging data to improve digital services and user outcomes in emerging or diverse markets.
