Job Details Job Location: River Valley Campus - Lancaster, OH 43130 Position Type: Part Time .40 Travel Percentage: No Driving Required Job Shift: Variable Job Category: Clinical Pay Rate: $26.57-$43.76 hourly Job Description Perform and document diagnostic radiographic examinations upon the order of an approved healthcare provider. Perform appropriate handoff and continuity of care communication to the next caregiver. Analyze radiographic examinations for quality control purposes. Prepare completed examinations for interpretation by the radiologist. Operate all radiographic equipment. Operate all facility-based computer systems. Administer oral and intravenous contrast media under the direction of physician/per protocol. Transport, move, and position patients in a safe and appropriate fashion. Assist physicians with special procedures involving the use of radiography. Participate in quality assurance activities as related to radiographic care within the Imaging Department. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA approved school required. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) required. Maintain licensure requirements with the state of Ohio. Annual CPR certification/When Seconds Count required. Medium Work Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
