Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and implementing interventions.
• Proficiency in collaborating with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassion and adaptability when responding to the unique needs of students.
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and academic assessments to guide student support services.
• Consult with educators and families to develop strategies for individual and classroom success.
• Take part in multidisciplinary teams to craft and implement IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Deliver direct services such as counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support.
• Contribute to positive school climate with preventative programming and staff training.
