Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or related field)
- Current Michigan licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience in K-12 educational settings is a plus
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Compassionate, flexible, and growth-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic evaluations for students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions
- Support the IEP process and assist with functional behavioral assessments
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Promote positive mental health and inclusive practices within the school community
- Help create behavior management strategies to support individual learning
