Hourly Pay: $32 - $38 Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in home and school settings in the York, PA area. This role involves delivering individualized, one-on-one nursing care, supporting daily health needs, and promoting a safe, comfortable environment for patients to thrive. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, it provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
