Under the general direction of the Worksite Security Supervisor and Lead Worksite Security Investigator, the incumbent independently performs investigative work related to allegations of misconduct, department policy violations, bullying/harassment, threats, assaults, and/or workplace violence. The incumbent conducts fact finding interviews, analyzes evidence, and prepares objective investigative reports that support informed management decisions. The position requires a high level of discretion, exceptional communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information. The incumbent is expected to maintain the highest degree of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality and use discretion and good judgment in the execution of their official duties.
