Background & Purpose of the Job: Support the Supply Chain organization with indirect purchasing, logistics management, reporting, ad hoc projects. Who You Are & What You’ll Do: Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain datasets to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction. Process Optimization: Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track operational performance. Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers to optimize delivery times and ensure compliance with contract terms. Collect data on supply chain operations. Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency. Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations. Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors. Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards. Measure supply chain performance and report to management. Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery. What You’ll Need to Succeed Required Education Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Experience 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related operational field. Language Requirements Fluent in English (written and verbal). General Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other advanced analytical functions. Experience with SQL and ERP systems, preferably SAP. Analytical Abilities: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
