Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Washington. Clinicians offering 25+ hours per week qualify for a $12,500 ramp stipend. Base compensation can reach $112,200, plus bonus opportunities. What We’re Looking For Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week Clinicians who value autonomy yet enjoy collaborating with a team Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles Strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care Qualifications Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Washington Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are rendered Compensation Up to $112,200, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
