Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - Contract | Madison, WI

Overview

This full-time contract position offers an opportunity for a Certified Medical Assistant to support primary care services in Madison, WI. The role focuses on biometric screenings, venipuncture, and general clinical support. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, and there is potential for the position to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform primary care support duties in a clinical setting
Conduct biometric screenings for patients
Perform venipuncture and related phlebotomy procedures
Assist with patient intake, documentation, and care coordination
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold clinical compliance standards

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of phlebotomy experience
2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Primary Care
- Pediatric Care
- Care Management
Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential

Schedule & Shift Details

Monday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Contract role with potential for permanent placement
