Group Product Manager, Voice AgentMaven AGI is an enterprise AI platform on a mission to unleash business artificial general intelligence (AGI), starting with customer service. Founded in July 2023 by executives from HubSpot, Google and Stripe, Maven builds conversational AI agents capable of delivering accurate, autonomous support that delights customers at scale.Our platform unifies fragmented systems, integrates knowledge and personalization sources, and enables intelligent actions – all without costly system changes. We're laying the foundation for a future where our technology handles complex tasks, allowing people to focus on what they do best: creative problem-solving, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.We've started by reimagining the enterprise customer experience with a support use case. We believe that today's support experience is broken: slow and painful for customers, and expensive and human capital intensive for companies.We are building Maven to deliver better, cheaper support, for both end users and agents. With recent advancements in Generative AI, it is now possible to deliver delightful customer experiences at a fraction of today's cost.Voice is our fastest-growing modality and the most technically demanding product line in the company. We're hiring a Group Product Manager to own it as a business.This role is the top of the Voice product org at Maven. You'll set the strategy, build and lead the PM team beneath you, and carry the number for Voice revenue. You'll be accountable to the leadership team for how Voice performs against the plan and how it stacks up against every alternative in the enterprise contact-center market.Real-time voice agents live on latency, turn-taking, interruption handling, ASR accuracy, and how well the system carries context across a live conversation. You'll set the technical bar for those decisions, hire the PMs who execute against it, and own the enterprise wins and losses that follow.You'll own strategy and roadmap for the entire Voice product line, from real-time conversational agents to telephony infrastructure to contact-center integrations. You'll own the P&L for Voice, with a revenue target you own and defend to the exec team. You'll hire, develop, and manage a team of PMs across the Voice line. You'll be in the room when eight-figure deals get decided. You'll manage telephony and contact-center partnerships. You'll set the technical bar for Voice: latency budgets, barge-in behavior, STT/TTS quality, conversation state, and human handoff. You'll provide cross-functional leadership with engineering, GTM, design, and customer success. You'll contribute to product strategy across Maven's full multi-modal platform.You have 8-12+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time leading PM teams. You have deep voice or telephony domain expertise. You have direct experience with telephony platforms and contact-center systems. You've owned a P&L or a revenue target before. You've scaled a product line from early traction through significant growth. You extract requirements from messy customer and executive conversations and translate them into strategy and specs your team can build against. You're fluent in AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents. You have executive presence.Hybrid in Boston, San Francisco, or New York. Comp band to be finalized based on experience.You own a P&L and a team, not a backlog. Voice is a business inside Maven, and you run it. You'll work alongside senior builders and product leaders from Google, Meta, Amazon, and Stripe. Maven has the strongest product on the market for complex enterprise AI use cases. A growing roster of enterprise brands is betting on Maven for their AI agent strategy. This isn't a proof of concept. We're deploying AI voice agents into production for enterprise customers with real complexity.
