Insurance Agency Owner Opportunity | Sales & Business Leadership

Are you an experienced sales professional who has thought about building your career?

Farmers Insurance District 31 is looking for motivated, entrepreneurial professionals who are interested in building and growing their own insurance agency.

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Previous sales, business development, or customer-facing experience

• An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business ownership

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A willingness to learn, grow, and develop a business

• The ability to operate within our local market area

Previous business ownership or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.

Insurance experience is also helpful, but you do not need to currently hold an insurance license to apply. We can help qualified candidates understand the licensing process.
