Real Estate Associate Attorney - Midlevel to Senior

Overview Perkins Coie LLP, an Am Law 50 international law firm, is seeking a midlevel real estate associate for its Real Estate & Land Use practice group. The role is open to the Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, and Bellevue offices and focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction, financing, and real‑estate investment, including data center transactions. Responsibilities Draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents Interface directly with clients and counterparties Think beyond the transaction to anticipate issues, structure solutions, and deliver precise work product Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and counterparties Commit to in‑office collaboration Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant transactional real‑estate experience Familiarity with AI tools, including large language models, document automation, and workflow orchestration preferred Strong business judgment and client‑obsessed mindset Entrepreneurial, responsive, and ambitious approach focusing on client outcomes Ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and counterparties Commitment to in‑office collaboration Benefits & Compensation Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
