Game Night Staff: Partnership Marketing (Part-Time/Seasonal)

Position Overview: The part-time Partnership Marketing position will support the Global Partnership team with game day duties during Capitals and Wizards games, and special events. Are you upbeat, friendly, outgoing and passionate about growing your career/global partnerships?! We would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Support the Global Partnership staff in the execution of game night duties and activations. Capture and document quality photos of all in-game signage and activation. Assist with set-up/breakdown and execution of any experiential activation. Support the preparation for game-night activations. Assist with staffing client receptions, pre-game hospitality, and other special events. Manage signage inventory. Opportunities to work non-game day special events. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age. Passionate about working in the Sports and Global Partnership industry. Experience and interest in photography is helpful. Previous partnership/marketing/promotional/events experience. Organized with the ability to prioritize work and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment. Hard working, detail oriented, and results driven. Strong communication skills, customer-service oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and on a team. Excellent interpersonal skills. Requires prolonged standing; ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds. Ability to work in outdoor conditions for special events. Flexibility to work most Mystics home games including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
