As the first contact, it is imperative that the receptionist has a pleasant and positive demeanor with a neat and clean appearance to provide a quality first impression for visitors and potential residents. Your job is to deliver exceptional customer service by determining the nature of business, and directing them to their destination while protecting the confidentiality of residents. This position may be located in the lobby or an office within the community. Qualifications: High school graduate or minimum age of 18 years of age.
