We are now hiring an  Order Picker for a food distribution warehouse in the southeast side of Houston.

The main Warehouse Associate duties revolve around placing incoming orders on shelves and picking merchandise according to specific customer requirements. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Some physical strength is required, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.

Graveyard Shift:

Monday- 11pm - 7 am

Tuesday & Thursday - 1 am - 9 am

Wednesday - 11pm - 7 am

Friday- 1 am - 9 am

Pay rate: $15.00 (Pay increase & benefits after probational period)

Responsibilities

• Check incoming deliveries to make sure all ordered material meets quality standards
• Order picking according to customer specifications
• Load and unload product to be received and shipped
• Organize inventory in the warehouse using forklifts
• General warehouse duties, wrap orders and place them on trucks for delivery
• Working in the dry area and freezer
• Operate an electric pallet jack
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Bilingual a plus (communication with Spanish speaking clients)
