Award Care is seeking a qualified Weekend Supervisor (RN) to join our team. We are looking for a team-oriented, driven RN to supervise nursing staff, oversee resident care, and contribute to a positive culture during 12‑hour shifts. Major Responsibilities Manage staffing needs and provide supervision for nursing staff delivering direct resident care on the assigned unit. Assist in staff development and recruitment of nursing staff. Provide direct resident care in accordance with established care plans. Supervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants. Conduct and document a complete data collection of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements. Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Ensure compliance with resident rights policies and resolve grievances with families and staff as needed. Complete Preceptor Training. Innovate and implement new ideas and concepts to continuously improve systems and processes, supporting the development of a successful management team. Qualifications Current, unencumbered, active state RN license. Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a setting serving a similar age/type of resident population; minimum 1 year experience in nursing administration.
