About the Role:
Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ is looking for energetic and motivated Managers and Crew Members to join our team for evening and night shifts! Whether you're running the drive thru or cooking up fan-favorite meals in the kitchen, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, fun environment where great teamwork makes it all happen.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service at the drive thru window during evening and overnight shifts
• Prepare food and beverages in the kitchen according to Sonic's quality and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, drive thru, and service areas
• Managers: supervise and motivate crew members to ensure smooth shift operations
• Managers: handle cash management, opening/closing duties, and shift reporting
• Restock supplies and ingredients to keep the team running efficiently throughout the shift
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fast food, quick service restaurant (QSR), or food service preferred
• Management candidates should have prior supervisory or team lead experience
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends reliably
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
• Basic math and cash handling skills for crew and manager roles
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
