Job Description:

• Prepares billing information and supports the accuracy and efficiency of billing process.
• Registers payment and sends correspondence.
• Takes appropriate action with delinquent accounts, and helps clients and customers with billing issues.
• Performs work associated with enrollment and billing.
• Performs other work as assigned.

Overall Responsibilities:

• New account set up.
• Refunds.
• UEP/DSP account maintenance.
• Managing UEP/UES boxes.
• Handling incoming billing calls.
• Managing UEP outlook inboxes.
• Managing UEP enroll account tickets.
