RV Service Technician

Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Flat-Rate RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in RV diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across a wide range of systems. You should be confident working independently, able to manage flat-rate productivity efficiently, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, chassis components, and more * Perform installation of accessories, upgrades, and aftermarket equipment * Conduct inspections and provide accurate repair estimates * Work efficiently in a flat-rate environment while maintaining strong quality standards * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers when needed * Follow all safety standards and company procedures Required Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of hands-on RV technician experience * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple RV systems * Ability to work independently and manage time in a flat-rate shop environment * Familiarity with a wide range of RV makes, models, and components * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Preferred Qualifications * RVIA, RVDA, ASE, or manufacturer certifications * Experience with both motorized and towable units * Ability to train or mentor junior technicians What We Offer * Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Supportive team environment
